Hiring Process
ApplyHERE! Applications are reviewed by the City of Goldsboro HR Department as well as the Goldsboro Fire Department’s Hiring Committee.
Agility Testing: A series of events will be held to evaluate the physical abilities of qualified applicants to ensure they can perform essential job functions.
Interviews: Candidates who pass the agility test will be invited to participate in an interview process with the Hiring Committee.
Conditional Job Offers: Candidates chosen by the Hiring Committee will receive conditional offers of employment.
